Since 2022 we have prepared 59 HSE files for Vodacom Lesotho contractors. The pattern is clear: most rejections come from a handful of avoidable gaps.
Task-specific, not generic
Tower climbing, RF/EMF exposure and electrical work each need their own safe work procedures. A single generic procedure will be sent back.
Competence evidence
Rescue-trained climbers, valid medicals and appointment letters must be attached and in date. Missing certificates are the number one delay.
Emergency response that fits the site
Remote mountain sites need realistic emergency plans — nearest clinic, travel times, rescue kit on site.
